This year’s LeaP class developed a marketing tool, ChoosePensacola.com, to complement the Chamber’s economic development efforts in recruiting companies to Pensacola. The Web site includes testimonials, a 10-minute video and a brochure showcasing the area as an ideal community to do business.
The Chamber of Commerce created LeaP in 1982 to develop and foster community-minded leaders. Each year, 50 individuals are selected to participate in the 10-month program, which includes completing a comprehensive class project.
